We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry, to contact you by phone, text message, or email about scheduling a consultation with the practice you expressed interest in, to pass your contact details to that practice so they can schedule and provide care, to maintain and improve our services, and to comply with our legal obligations.

SMS and Text Messaging

Consumers opt in to receive text messages from Booked Smiles LLC by submitting a lead form on a Facebook or Instagram advertisement. The form contains a separate, optional, unchecked consent checkbox that discloses our business name, the purpose of the messages, message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and how to opt out. Consent is not required in order to submit the form and is not a condition of receiving any service or care.

Messages relate to scheduling and confirming your consultation appointment, and may include occasional promotional messages from the practice you contacted. Message frequency varies. You must be at least 18 years of age to consent to receive text messages from us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How We Share Information

We share your contact information with the dental or orthodontic practice whose advertisement you responded to, so that they can contact you and schedule your appointment. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate our business, such as our customer relationship management and messaging platforms. We do not sell your personal information. We do not purchase, rent, or use third-party lead lists.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our pages. We may also use analytics and advertising technologies, including the Meta pixel, to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.
