Consumers opt in to receive text messages from Booked Smiles LLC by submitting a lead form on a Facebook or Instagram advertisement. The form contains a separate, optional, unchecked consent checkbox that discloses our business name, the purpose of the messages, message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and how to opt out. Consent is not required to submit the form and is not a condition of receiving any service or care. Messages relate to scheduling and confirming your consultation appointment.
